I must admit, I am not real good at keeping blog posts up to date....so if this page does not update as frequently as it should...I apologize in advance.

Anyone have a good lead on inexpensive wooden frogs? I have a set that I need to release into the wild as they suffer from broken legs or worn out backs....kids can be harsh on this stuff.

What do you call a wooden frog with 4 broken legs? -> A wood block?

What's your answer?

At 10:54pm on October 31st, 2007, Pete Ellison said…: I would like to thank everyone that came out to the Remo Recreation Center last night for the Tuesday night drum circle and costume contest. There were plenty of characters to fill the center, both costumed and not. I had a great time facilitating on such a special occasion. Christine Stevens came as the blue fairy and I must say, she should wear the wig an wings more often as they were electrifying... although at one point we could not figure out if she should put her wings outside the folding chair (which would pin her to the chair) or inside. We decided on inside.

Debbie Keith came as Elvira Mistress of the Dark and threw down when it came time for everyone with tambourines to get up and form a rhythm line around the circle.

I decided to wear hospital scrubs and come as Dr. Beat which was a good plan until I found about half way through the session time that the battery pack for the wireless mic was pulling my scrub pants down and I thought for a moment that everyone was going to get a real Halloween surprise. (note to self - tie draw strings tighter around waist before putting battery pack on).

Refreshments were served after circle and a great time was had by all.
